This is an independent guide to five monuments of Sintra: the Pena Palace, the Quinta da Regaleira, Monserrate Palace, the National Palace of Sintra and the Moorish Castle. We built it to put what you need in one place: hours, official prices next to the prices of the tickets we feature, how to get there from Lisbon and practical tips.

We are not Parques de Sintra, the public company that manages Pena, Monserrate, the National Palace of Sintra and the Moorish Castle, nor the Fundação Cultursintra, which manages the Quinta da Regaleira, and this is not the official website of any of them. We do not run the monuments and we do not use official logos. We do not sell official tickets: those are sold on their own websites. The names are the names of places, and we use them only to describe them.

The tickets, passes and tours featured here are sold by our partner Tiqets, a different seller from the official ticket offices. Prices, hours and rules come from the official websites, and we note when we last checked them. The official pages give no year for the hours, so check them before you go. If you spot a mistake, write to us and we will fix it.

Pena Palace Visit is an independent visitor guide.
